We want you to love your Reneé Rapp gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the shipment.
